Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received from us, please contact us at info@threetreecoffee.com, including your order number and which coffee(s) you would like to return and why. Because we roast to order, the following rules apply:

  • Our policy lasts for 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
  • If you would like to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so by contacting us at info@threetreecoffee.com.
  • At most, we will only refund the cost of up to two 12 oz. bags of coffee per order.
  • We require a detailed reason to process a refund.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-coffee product you purchased through our site, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of the date you ordered the product by contacting info@threetreecoffee.com, and following the shipping instructions we supply; provided, that all returned products must be unused, untarnished and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.

Any items on sale or sold as a fundraiser, whether coffee items or non-coffee items, may not be refunded and/or returned unless the product was damaged during shipping.  In this scenario, images of the damaged shipment must be provided and the return request must be initiated within 3 days of the tracking information's date of receipt. 

We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases.
